Production transparency:Real-time data collection is carried out for the process equipment such as core loading, OCV detection, thickness matching, core gluing, module stacking, module baking, module putting into the box, screw tightening, laser welding, FPC installation, EOL test, air tightness test, etc, Accurately feed back the production situation of the production line by means of information technology, including equipment OEE, product FTT, screw gun torque, etc., and visually display it in the form of graphical kanban.

Traceability of production process: establish a complete production data file for each PACK finished product (that is, the status data of the equipment, the operation information of the manual station, and the use of various materials when the product flows at each station) to realize the forward and reverse traceability of the "man-machine material method".


Error prevention and foolproof timely warning: define various production and quality indicators, control the implementation and circulation of work-in-process at relevant stations through MES, and monitor the implementation of indicators in real time; The manual work station guides workers' operation with graphical interface to prevent continuous flow in case of human error and reduce losses.


Data statistics and analysis: the production performance data, personnel performance data and equipment performance data obtained during the operation of the production line are statistically analyzed, and various charts are displayed to provide a detailed and powerful basis for process optimization, capacity improvement and production cost reduction.
