This production line is the first set of automatic hydrogen fuel stack assembly line in China, and many new processes have been applied to this project. From the pretreatment of the bipolar plate, the on-line and positioning of the membrane electrode are all realized automatically, ensuring the quality and consistency of the process. In key process sections, real-time data monitoring is realized, such as control and feedback of water bath temperature, displacement and pressure monitoring of servo press, and torque control of screw gun. As the first set of hydrogen fuel electric reactor assembly line put into use in China, it has realized from scratch to production.
